It was established to ensure fair and ethical trade in artwork, transparency in the promotion and sale of artwork, and that disputes arising under the Code are dealt with efficiently and fairly. It covers pricing, commissioning, protecting copyright and moral rights, developing fair contracts, and general trade practices to ensure we are maintaining the industry standard to protect artists and customers. All customer purchases are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
